CMO, TLA, Liverpool/London
We are looking for a creative and analytical Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), both strategy and execution focused, that lives and loves the cutting edge of growth marketing and has experience working in high-growth companies.
The CMO will have a focus on B2C operations, this person will be responsible for scaling current channels and generating new opportunities to grow the business. You will be dedicated to identifying and understanding our target audience, you will help shape and execute our consumer proposition and you will work to continuously modernise and innovate our consumer reach.
We need a highly strategic thinker who is also excited to execute unique campaigns that will allow the company to attract new customer segments. This is an extremely important hire for us and will lead to company-wide growth initiatives.
The Candidate Profile
This CMO role would suit a focused individual, someone who is capable of setting strategic objectives, who has the inner-drive and is motivated to see those projects to completion. You are self-assured and confident in your rapport building. You will work at a fast pace and you will have an emphasis on achieving results through collaboration. You will bring authority in your leadership and deliver guidance through your expertise.
