Benefits:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday however, you may be required to work weekends occasionally.
Holiday Allowance 20 working days (+bank holidays), pro rata in your first year for those that work less than a full year and/or accrual for part time employees. Increasing to 23 days after a full holiday year and 25 after 2nd holiday year
Life Cover 2 x Basic Salary
6 month probation period
Participation in the Company’s Pension Scheme (4% employer and 4% minimum employee contribution) after successful completion of your probationary period
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Head of Property Services as a Clean and Clear cleaner you will be accountable for ensuring all room/house cleaning and maintaining hygienic and complaint facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main duties:
To ensure the cleaning of all communal areas, offices, toilets and external areas on a regular basis and in accordance with the company standard.
To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.
Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning records are completed and up to date.
Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services.
Team Working
Meeting your own Key Performance Objectives
Liaise regularly with line manager and team members.
Attending team and other staff meetings.
Supporting new team members during on-the-job training.
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
Training and Development
Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance to agreed Personal Development Plan.
Monitor own work levels, progress and development
Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements.
Undertake all core training and development programmes as required.
