Client Services Executive Responsibilities:
The role of the Client Services Executive offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow within an engaging and established team. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive first class service throughout their journey; dealing with telephone and email based queries, processing New Business and Renewals paperwork, handling payments and dealing with Mid Term Adjustments under the guidance of the Client Service Manager.
Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload and diary management, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put your clients’ needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.
This role is perfect for someone with a minimum three years’ experience within a Commercial Insurance Brokerage, looking for a new and exciting challenge in a fast growing organisation.
Client Services Executive Requirements:
– To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills, be reliable and a team player with good computer skills across a number of programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Plus a minimum 3 years’ experience within the Insurance sector.
– You’ll be working across a number of business areas so strong organisational skills are also a must.
– You’ll also have a strong team ethic, have a pro-active attitude and be able to demonstrate strong collaborative behaviours within a team and across wider departments.

Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 plus benefits, depending on experience
