Due to continued company success, they are looking to expand their dedicated patient on-boarding team, who focus on pre-screening participants against specific criteria for their studies. The success of this team plays a vital role supporting the organization, as such this role offers a competitive basic salary along with a commission scheme.
The on-boarding team is dedicated to putting through high-quality participants for initial consultations with our team of clinicians. You will be entrusted to screen patients through telephone calls and manage communication channels such as Facebook, website and email to ensure participants are fully informed throughout each step of the process. All while keeping legible, detailed notes on patient communications. You will also be working closely with the Head of Patient Engagement to improve processes and operational efficiencies.
A successful candidate will possess sales mentality and perseverance while being ambitious, with a high level of organisational ability, ideally built upon from a clinical environment. Whilst prior experience of patient recruitment is desirable, call center and general sales will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate appreciation of the sensitive nature of a clinical setting.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Onboarding participants and patient referrals
Telephone screening patients to assess eligibility for studies
Completion of data entry into CRM, ensuring all data is updated in an accurate and timely manner
Understanding of study protocols
Involvement in patient communications across social media channels
