Corporate Social Responsibility Team Assistant – London/WFH – £150-180 per day

6 month initial contract (very likely to roll on)

My global and leading investment banking client are looking to add a CSR Team Assistant to their team in London on an initial 6 month rolling contract paying £150-180 per day. You will have a critical role working with the Community Development Senior Analyst, supporting delivery of Citi’s community programmes for employees, making a positive impact for society and a great experience for employees

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the clients Global Community Day in 2021, involving c. 18,000 employees in EMEA region, including around 4000 in the UK.
• Maximise participation in the UK, achieve targets, whilst ensuring high social impact as well as quality of experience for employees
• Work closely with internal contacts and teams across the firm to motivate and engage them and their colleagues in suitable volunteering projects
• Work with charities and community partners to deliver 50+ high quality volunteering projects in the UK. Primary responsibility for events in London, liaising with and supporting colleagues in Belfast and Edinburgh.
• Work closely with Internal Communications team to deliver a strong communications campaign encouraging participation and sharing stories of success.
• Work closely with Media Relations team to deliver stories for social media as required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in corporate social responsibility or the charity sector preferred, ideally with experience delivering successful volunteer initiatives and events, at scale
• Exceptional ability to motivate and engage employees to participate in programmes and/or events
• Team player with ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
