As the Customer Relationship Executive, you will support the sales team in the day to day administration of the department working closely with the Head of sales and Sales Coordinator. This role could grow into a sales position or account management position. Movement within the organising to the right candidate is encouraged.

As the Customer Relationship Executive, you will:
Liaise with the editorial and production team
Communicate directly with clients
Assist the team but researching new opportunities through emails, calls and research campaigns
To be successful in applying for this role in London, you may have the following:
Administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
Be highly organised and driven individual who is keen to take on more responsibility and work on their own initiative on occasion.
A proven ability to learn new IT systems and excellent Excel skills.
Excellent telephone manner and a high degree of organisation is essential
Accuracy in the recording of client information is fundamental to what we do.

You will be rewarded with a salary of £20,000 plus benefits.
