An exciting position of a Customer Relationship Manager has emerged with an established recycling group of businesses based in Park Royal, London, with a total staff of approximately 100. The group already works with an impressive list of charity shop clients around Southeast England. The increasing emphasis on recycling, sustainability, and climate change issues, both in the UK and globally, are vital factors that will continue to drive the company’s growth. The company is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to promote strong relationships between the organisation and its clients base and be able to identify new prospects within the sector.
To succeed as a Relationship Manager, you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs. The position holder requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and possess problem-solving skills.
Ability to generate informative and exciting blogs to engage clients and promote the work of the organisation. Regular visits and meetings with prospective and existing clients within the coverage area and represent the company at conferences, seminars and exhibitions. You will act as the main key contact personnel.
Essential Criteria:
Prior experience of over two years in a Customer Relations role
Excellent customer relationship management, interpersonal, and presentational skills
Confident in proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Experienced in dealing with senior executives and decision-makers with the ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
Individuals must be willing to demonstrate high energy and a willingness to ensure the role is a success
