The Dietary Database Tech is responsible for the utilization and maintenance of our diet management system and all associated resources required to effectively provide proper diet and recipe information in meeting the needs of our customers.

 EDUCATION                                                                                                                                           
High School diploma or equivalent required
 LICENSURE

 EXPERIENCE                                                                                                                                      
Minimum 2 years’ experience in food service industry required. Minimum 1 year of data entry or basic computer operations experience required. Demonstrated understanding of nutrition and determining the proper ingredients and food interactions that are required to meet the specific diet requirements mandated by diet manual and physicians orders highly preferred.
 CERTIFICATION                                                                                                                                 
Serve-Safe certification preferred or willing to complete Serve-Safe certification within 6 months of assuming role.
