We’re seeking a Digital Account Manager for an exciting opportunity in the Manchester, Leeds London or Cardiff area. The company we’ve partnered with are a full service digital agency and Sitecore Platinum Partner & are rapidly expanding, taking on new clients in new regions. They’ve uncovered a winning formulae – and this means they need more people to join them!
Ideally you’ll have experience managing customer accounts, maximising and supporting them along the way. You’ll be have digital experience and have hands on experience of writing contracts (from a template), change requests and statements of work. You’ll need great understanding of Sitecore, experience writing proposals and be a quick and ambitious personality.
You’ll have direct management of a number of client accounts, focussing on retainment and maximisation of the client’s uptake of services from the portfolio.
Ideally you’ll have 3+ years experience working in a digital agency, experience creating sales materials, proposals, presentations and experience dealing with senior stakeholders in a confident fashion.
