An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Direct Sourcing advisor who will have a key focus on the attraction of passive job seekers to be part of the HR Service. We are committed to providing a high quality customer focused recruitment service by proactively building relationships with internal customers and a range of partners to deliver an efficient and effective service.
Support the management and delivery of effective recruitment and selection services including sourcing applicants and marketing the roles through social media and job boards, advertising jobs to fulfil their vacancy requirements.
We are looking for a Direct Sourcing Advisor to join our busy fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to establish the needs of the role and provide an effective recruitment service that meets the needs of both the customer and key stakeholders across the council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing new talent through social media and job boards and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. As a Direct resourcer, you will be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Ideally you will have experience in direct sourcing of attracting passive job seekers in a busy recruitment environment; you will be hard working, accurate and well organised with excellent attention to detail. Whilst direct sourcing experience can be helpful, finding the right person is our goal, so if you think you have what we are looking for; we would love to hear from you.
