We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales to focus on Business Travel and Meetings and Events to join our Sales Team at Edwardian Hotels London.
\u00B7An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels London. As a Director of Sales to focus on Business Travel and Meetings and Events across our 4 star Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels and 5 Star Radisson Luxury Collection Hotels.
you will have the opportunity to work within a very dynamic team and outstanding product offering selling all the hotels within our luxury collection.
\u00B7As a Director of Sales at Edwardian Hotels, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of hotel meeting and events space, bedrooms, and other ancillary revenue to both Corporate and SME clients.
\u00B7As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for booking face to face meetings, generating your own sales leads and creating new sales opportunities.
\u00B7Network with local business forums to drive, convert and win new business.
\u00B7Create a monthly sales report via sales force and sales and marketing plans.
\u00B7As a Director of Sales you will be responsible for leading, developing and mentoring the sales team so they achieve their revenue and overall potential and career development.
\u00B7Develops and drives a strategy for key global partnerships.
\u00B7Attends sales meeting with appropriate follow up.
Current Director of Sales experience with Business Travel and Meetings and Events experience within the current London market.
Ability to effectively listen and position Edwardian Hotels London to meet client needs and be have a proven track record of winning and closing business.
Has the ability to maximize impact, maintain interest, and establish a rapport with the audience when conveying information.
Understands the cost\/benefits of prospective business and vendor contracts and negotiates contracts which result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
\u00B7Knows the strategic positioning of the hotels and how the products and services offer compare within the competitive market for targeted market segments.
