Senior CRM Marketing Executive Gravitas Group – London office £45K – 50K (DOE) + Bonus
Gravitas is looking for a Email Marketing & Automation Manager to work closely with the Gravitas Board to implement a CRM marketing tool, establishing the needs of the business and developing content and automation for our candidate and client journeys.

*Work with our Board members and 3rd party provider to become an expert within CRM marketing tool *Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and the 3rd party provider *Understand stakeholder requirements and develop candidate and client journeys and high impact content for emails *Project manage the implement the CRM marketing system *Prioritise the candidate journeys with board members *Identify gaps and develop new processes to create CRM efficiencies & best practice *Introduce comprehensive & iterative test & learn methodologies through the implementation process *Define the Gravitas brand style of communication and apply it consistently within all relevant CRM marketing activity *Collaborate with the regional boards and client services teams to create a best-in-class experience for Gravitas’ candidate and client communities
*We’re looking for a pro-active and commercially savvy CRM Executive, who is passionate about CRM marketing and our exciting opportunity oKnowledge of HTML and email marketing oBuilding, testing and deploying campaigns *Experience working with the CRM Marketing Tool (preferred) eg Active Campaign, Pixellab, Mailchimp, Nutshell etc
