Responsibilities – EMEA Project Manager / Business Analyst (Home Based-Virtual, UK)
We’re currently recruiting an EMEA Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our EMEA Program Office. This is an important hybrid role that supports strategic execution and maximises business value through the delivery of projects which align to Aon’s business goals and strategies. It’s a varied role encompassing both Project Management and traditional Business Analysis skills.
The successful individual will be required to lead, drive and support projects and changes within the EMEA region, working on a wide range of programs and projects (of varying sizes) covering a variety of strategic initiatives and business processes (TOM), technology (IT and Automation), Products and Proposition projects and change management activities.
You’ll also act in a Consultancy capacity and be a Trusted Advisor to the business, help drive the organization’s strategic agenda and assist in developing business needs into propositions so experience influencing and working with Senior Executives is key!
You must be able to work in a virtual environment and co-ordinate and control activities across multiple countries as you be working closely with the EMEA Program Office Lead, EMEA COO, EMEA Program Managers and Business Consultants, Health Solutions and Affinity COO, IT, global counterparts / global governance representatives, steering committees; teams, as well as commercial functions.
