EMEA RFP Writer (London, Luxembourg, Vienna) Part Time

Become a key part of our Investment Management business by joining our team as an RFP Writer supporting our growing EMEA business. You will work closely with our wholesale and institutional sales platform to prepare Request for Proposals for prospective institutional and wholesale clients, DDQs and quarterly questionnaires.

You will form and cultivate relationships with major functional areas of the investment organization (investment teams, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, HR) you’ll drive, coordinate, and facilitate input and develop response information to drive new business initiatives. You will use your strong attention to detail and be responsible for the accuracy of all information contained in the RFP. You will work within strict timelines and deadlines you’ll communicate information internally regarding the progress of requests and update the RFP database with any new or improved answers. You will bring excellent writing, communication, and time management skills to the role with the ability to address technical investment-oriented details in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

Primary Responsibilities

Completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc questionnaires for prospective and existing institutional and wholesale clients in EMEA

• collaborating effectively and building relationships across the investment organization to continuously improve responses for EMEA at the firm and product levels
• communicating information internally regarding progress of requests
• maintaining and improving the RFP database (RocketDocs) with any new or improved answers,
• championing our RFP process and adhere to timeframes to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure we are using technology (eg RocketDocs) to its fullest extent to maximize process efficiencies
• Ability to apply global savvy expertise and work in a dynamic group environment

Key Requirements / Qualifications (essential unless stated)

• Deep understanding and experience working across different countries and local jurisdictions within EMEA including responding in other languages
• Understanding of investment strategies across asset classes, including alternatives
• Familiarity in submitting proposals and DDQs in other languages is not a requirement, but would be considered a plus
• Demonstrated experience of partnering with investment and sales partners
• Strategic thinker and effective operator
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Analytical skills, and strong project management capabilities
• Additional language fluency such as native English/ native German speakers, Italian and other languages also a big plus
