An Employment Law Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years PQE is required for a growing and driven Law firm with offices in Birmingham and London, providing legal support for employers and employees with all matters of Employment Law.
The role of Employment Law Solicitor will include the following:
Advising employers and employees on their obligations and rights, respectively.
Drafting employment contracts and policies.
Provide advice to clients on their employee relations issues through face to face, telephone, and email correspondence.
Project work relating to restructuring and TUPE.
Enforcement and drafting of restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses.
Employment Tribunal case handling and advocacy.
Negotiating and drafting of settlement agreements.
Build strong relations with customers and identify areas where further services can be provided to the client.
Be commercially aware of opportunities and proactively reach out to prospective customers.
The suitable candidate for the role of Employment Law Solicitor will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE. Candidates with less or more will also be considered with the suitable skills.
Methodical and organised approach.
Collaborative approach, engendering business relations built on trust, professionalism, and results.
Positive, can do attitude and enjoys working as part of team striving for collective success.
Experience as an Employment Law Solicitor is essential.
