An exciting organisation at the forefront of the design and manufacture of automotive systems and connectivity technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play an integral role in the growth and development of their team. Scope of work
Working from their headquarters in Middlesex, the role of Full Stack Developer will involve technical leadership and the development of an industry-leading product that is subject to extensive interest in the market. Development activity will encompass improvements, optimisations and new features that will be utilised to support customer use and determine future internal development plans.
Through the deployment of AWS cloud infrastructure, the role of Full Stack Developer will own the maintenance, optimisation and development of this platform. Furthermore, you will also be accountable for the creation and implementation of a framework ensuring high quality standards against which software is tested, validated and released in-line with best practice. Working in collaboration with other experts within the business, as Full Stack Developer you will take into account customer feedback and business needs, accumulating this data to form a long-term technology roadmap. You will also design and develop new user interface and develop monitoring and alerting tools for the portal infrastructure.
As indicated, in the role of Full Stack Developer, you will also be accountable for the management of a small team of 2-3 engineers, assuming responsibility for team delivery of work against cost, time and quality targets. Using your expertise in the field, you will also identify any relevant training needs within the team. The split between hands-on, technical work and team management will be approximately 70-30.
