What will your role include?

As a Trainee Estate Agent at Foxtons, your role will be focusing on facilitating the plethora of property transactions that are carried out every single day.

With no two days being the same, you will be focused on speaking with applicants that enquire about the many properties we have on the market and taking them out on viewings. With customer service at the forefront of everything we do, you will be building strong relationships with them to ensure they walk away with their dream home and the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
• Speaking to buyers & renters & qualifying needs
• Booking & completing viewings with buyers
• Securing offers
• Managing deals all the way through to completion

Hours: Monday’s & Friday’s 8:40am – 6:00pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:40am – 8pm (Viewing’s dependent), every other Saturday 9:00am – 4pm.

What do you need?

Skills Required:
• Full UK or EU Driver’s licence (Mandatory) – confident driving in London • Strong work ethic & Resilience
• Candidates should be pro-active, enjoy working autonomously & as part of a wider team
