Executive Assistant to Executive Director of Strategy & Business Development
£31,634- £36,345 + additional benefits
We’re looking for a highly organised, polished and detail oriented Executive Assistant who has extensive experience operating and communicating at board level.
To be successful, you will have previous executive-level support experience dedicated to a busy board member in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment as well as a track record of managing ever-changing schedules and conflicting priorities. You will ideally have had experience of working in a multi-layered organisation of at least 1000 staff.
The Executive Director manages a team and a range of matrix projects and initiatives, helping to drive the success of the business. As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to gain a good understanding of the business functions and help with projects and any issues as they occur. At its core this is a heavy diary role with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to coordinate with other Executive Assistant’s and communicate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally of AQA.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have gravitas, be self-driven and forward thinking, and have the ability to work in a complex business.
As we move into Hybrid working we are open to applications from candidates who live within the vicinity of either our London, Guildford or Milton Keynes offices. The Executive Director is based in London, so regular travel to London will be required.
