Ardmore Group is seeking a Façade Manager In brixton.
Façade Manager we are looking for must have façade /building envelope experience in design & planning, SFS Installation, architectural metalwork, brickwork, structural metalwork, windows & curtain walling.
Re cladding as a number one on site need to deal with day to day install, QA, inductions, monitoring progress, meeting the Client to explain the works, dealing with design issues, etc.
Need to have at least 5 years in a supervisory role working purely on external façade systems i.e. rain screen cladding and brickwork, fire stopping and QA. Must be able to both speak and write English well as they will need to issue reports on progress regularly.
· Fully understand the NHBC and building reg requirements and be able to implement / install in accordance with the regs, BS standards and manufacturers requirements.
