Our well-respected client has been providing beverage solutions for over 25 years. They have an opportunity for a Field Customer Support Engineer to join them as they continue their impressive growth.
To be considered for this role you must live in or near central London, have experience as a Field Service Engineer within the coffee machine industry.
Working pattern is Monday – Friday, weekend on-call on a rota basis may be required. Due to the nature of work, a criminal record check will be required.
Providing customers with the highest standard of customer service and support Building genuine productive relationships with partners Ensuring machines are operating to their maximum mechanical ability and repeat failure is minimalised To carry out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment to all equipment (training will be given) Preventive maintenance of machines Attend site and carry out repairs within the required timeframeKnowledge, skills & experience requirements
Excellent customer service skills Able to communicate effectively via telephone and face to face Repair of electrical or mechanical equipment Electrical and/or mechanical engineeringSalary to £30,000 pa DOE and location + lunch allowance
