London, United Kingdom £65-75k Talentedge are working with one of the globes most exciting AI/SaaS Start-ups assisting them in securing an outstanding Finance Manager to join their growing finance function. They are currently a leader in their field and have no plans to hit pause on their plans to grow.

Since their launch they have established themselves as one of the main players working with some of the worlds leading brands across multiple industries, having created award-winning experiences for these companies. Responsibilities

• Take lead of monthly management accounts
• Ownership of the monthly payment run process
• Negotiate across the business with external parties
• Provide support on external reporting
• Support with the annual strategic planning process
• Develop reports on the KPI’s to better understand the overall performance of the business

Requirements

• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• People oriented and results driven
• Experience working for a Tech Start up/Scale up
• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• A relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders across the business
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
