We’re looking to add new hires to the team, for additional support primarily on weekends, with additional shifts possible during the week.

As Float Host, you’ll be integral to our day to day operating, with chief responsibility for ensuring members & customers are as best prepare for their experience as can be

1+ year of experience within a customer service environment

Floating can have hugely positive effects on people from all walks of life. There will be a number of free floats per centre reserved for community benefit. Currently these will be allocated for both emergency services workers (in response to recent reports of high stress & even PTSD in the sector), and those who take part in our volunteer program to support local mental health charities.
