This is a great opportunity to join a FTSE listed real estate firm in an exciting FP&A Analyst role. Based in London, the FP&A Analyst will play a vital role in driving the Company’s strategy. Joining this diverse and growing FP&A team would be a great move for someone looking to continue their growth in commercial finance exposure.

The responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst will include

– Performing scenario analysis;- Owning elements of the corporate forecasting model;- Delivering improvements to current budgeting, forecasting and analysis practices;- Preparing key pieces of Mi to assist the strategy, Investment and Project Analysis teams;- Assisting in the development of the annual budget and 5 year forecast;- Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent;- Comfortable with working autonomously- Experienced in dealing with financial and non-financial stakeholders – both internal and external;- Experienced in business partnering and/FP&A or commercial roles from practice such as TS or Corporate finance- Skilled in Microsoft excel and accounting software;- Able to communicate to a high level;- Able to work towards tight deadline;
