This Learning Support Assistant position will be filled by someone who is compassionate and nurturing, to assist on a 1-2-1 basis. You will be able to think outside the box in developing learning styles to help a child understand and retain the knowledge from their classwork. When working with a child who has Additional Learning Needs, it is important to be patient and encouraging which will help toensure they remain engaged throughout their learning.
