Gravitas Recruitment Group is an award-winning IT and Tech recruitment firm looking for the best graduates to come and join us on our journey as IT Recruitment Consultants. We are eager to hire Grads that are looking for rapid progression and to earn lots of commission!

We are an international company, with offices in London, Leeds, Manchester, Hong Kong and Singapore! We recruit within IT and Tech, focusing on niche markets where you will become an expert in your market.
We work with big name clients, such as ASOS, BBC, PureGym and more!

What does this mean for you?

• In depth training from day one to Director level (we have won the Princess Royal Training Award in 2017 and 2020)

• Monthly Lunch clubs (at Michelin Star restaurants)

What do we look for?

• Hard workers- must be able to work hard and put in the hours

• A degree that was finished in 2020 (we have consultants that studied History, Biology, Business and more!)

Skills and Attributes Requried!

• A degree qualification, or a strong academic background plus sales experience
• Evidence of previous success eg in sales, sports, business or entrepreneurship
• Passion, drive and work ethic to be highly successful
• Excellent communication skills with great rapport and lots of charisma

What will you be doing?

• You will be working with our clients to fill their positions
• Hosting Networking Events (either in person or virtually)
• Building relationships with existing clients and new clients
• Take part in our high-performance sales culture and represent our values
• Use our award-winning training to develop your skills and achieve personal KPI’s

There will be a base salary of £20,000 for our London office (situated near the Gherkin, close to Liverpool Street Station), with uncapped commission on top! In your first year, OTE of £25-35k!
