Graduate Trainee Recruitment Administrator/Researcher
Purpose of Role
This is a truly unique role which affords an ambitious and capable graduate the chance to learn about all aspects of the recruitment industry so as to being able to progress ultimately into one of the following roles within 6-12 months:
– Recruitment Consultant
– Accounts and Admin Assistant/CRM Administrator
It will give you a chance to determine what you ultimately prefer so in that regard it gives you a chance to specialise in one of two distinct areas.

Role Duties Summary
In one area, the trainee will be responsible for assisting the company’s Consultants in finding suitable candidates for roles that our clients have given us to fill. This will consist of searching for suitable candidates within a variety of sources including job boards and LinkedIn.
A secondary aspect of the role will be to help our accounts and Back Office team with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, compliance duties such as chasing references and other Back Office activities that occur at a recruitment company.
A 3rd aspect of the role will be to keep our sales CRM updated.
Role Duties (in-depth)
Research/Resourcing Aspect (35% of role)
– Searching for CVs on job boards such as Jobsite, Reed, Etc
– Searching for relevant profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter
– Contacting(by email or phone) relevant candidates to determine availability and suitability (on a very basic level)
– Placing job adverts that Consultants have constructed on various job boards
– Searching for relevant CVs using the internal database
– Using other networking methods to find other candidate eg social media
Accounts/Admin Aspect (50% of role)
– Timesheet administration
– Spreadsheet admin
– Data input and basic bookkeeping
CRM Admin & Sales Support (15% of role)
– Updating CRM systems (via basic data entry and updating)
– Making calls to find out relevant contacts at companies
As is the case with most recruitment companies, there are no formal training courses. All learning is entirely vocational.
The successful candidate can expect to receive full hands-on training on all aspects of the recruitment industry. A lot of the training on the research side will revolve around how to read CVs quickly and identify suitable candidates for a particular role effectively. On the Back Office side, full detailed training will be provided as the work requires a high degree of accuracy.
We have a relaxed but highly professional office environment. The role would suit someone who has good concentration levels.
