As a HR MI Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the HR team. You will be responsible to provide the business with timely and accurate Management Information to support effective decision making, and ensure alignment of the organisational structure data between Finance and HR. You will also manage the regular and routine changes to our system, Zellis ResourceLink (formerly known as Northgate) and other HR Systems and produce a suite of HR reports.

Here are some of the skills and experience will you need to succeed in this role are:
An extensive experience in HR systems/payroll (ideally ResourceLink) or similar HR analytics – expert level
Graduate education ideally in Data management/Statistics
HR qualification to understand various requirements in employee lifecycle (desirable)
The ability to prepare and run reports using advanced Excel and Business Objects or Power BI
The ability to interpret, present and analyse data and provide meaningful commentary and commercial insights (expert in infographics would be ideal)
Experience in programming and running regulatory reports eg Gender Pay Gap
Good Stakeholder Management
You play a key part in providing advice and guidance to the business on reporting and capabilities and supporting the team and systems integrators with the Fit for the Future project.
