They are seeking a HR Systems Administrator to support the HR and Payroll Systems Manager with the day-to-day operation of their HR and payroll system (iTrent), providing and provide a comprehensive management information service.
HR Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
Our client is looking to integrate and further develop iTrent which uses Business Objects report writer and you’ll part of the team, supporting this piece of work and contributing to the successful operation of the HR service across the organisation.
You will develop and provide management information to internal and external clients using effective analytical skills and tools (e.g. Excel and Business Objects). You will be the first point of contact for user support and will train users in how to use the system effectively and produce training guides. You will be the main custodian of data integrity including co-ordination of data cleansing and exception reporting.
HR Systems Administrator Requirements:
Ideally, you will be experienced in iTrent application maintenance and administration and Business Objects reporting. You will be knowledgeable in HR practices and experienced in application maintenance and administration. Familiar with the basics of relational database structure, you will be able to produce functional specifications for major works and carry out minor works to the HR information system using the built-in development tools.
You’ll be enthusiastic with a strong customer focus, receiving and analysing customer feedback, and improving the customer experience by working with providers and in-house technical support to resolve problems. You’ll be able to approach your work in a logical and methodical manner, prioritise with ease and meet deadlines whilst working accurately and paying attention to detail.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 36 hours per week
Salary: £29,085 – £31,633 per annum (Including London Weighting)
