3 months Fixed Term Contract 3 days per week remote, 2 days per week on site
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to work on customer site for 3 months on a fixed term contract basis
The PC Support function procure, support and manage on all Endpoint devices for individuals based at the Hemel Hempstead office, as well as some remote workers.
Managing the PC Support service desk queue to ensure premier customer satisfaction and KPI’s are being met, including leadtime, quality and SLA’s. PC imaging, re-imaging and disposal Ordering PC equipment and management of invoices Troubleshooting PC issues including O365, IBM Client Access, Internet tools and applications Working with 3rd party vendors to remediate hardware issues Administration of Active Directory via Quest Active Roles Server for relevant OU’s Administration and support of the SCCM imaging installation for the relevant OU Following the Change Management process to ensure all changes are planned, communicated and documented.
Background in Active Directory, Windows 7 and Windows 10, O365 and SCCM
This role requires excellent problem solving, analysis and communication skills. It will suit someone who is highly self-motivated and results driven.
This role also involves knowledge and project management to ensure all documentation is reviewed and up to date and projects are completed on time and to the correct standard.
