My client is a successful multi-national business working with some of the biggest utilities and airports across the Globe. They require both Java and C# Developer to join their team ASAP.
The Role As part of a small, well-supported Customer Success team located in London, you’ll have support in learning a range of our core customer care and billing products. Your team provides expert problem solving and programming expertise to our big name Customers, working directly with them to assess their requirements and engineer appropriate modifications and fixes.
Work with 1st Line Support, Cloud Ops and Product teams, to determine best outcomes together.
Assist and journey with us in our transition to microservices and cloud-native, which is already underway.
Champion your team members to succeed; actively share your technical expertise, lead coaching and mentoring, ensure you also learning from others
Be an influential force for tooling and improvements, with a distaste for ‘doing things twice’.
Make contributions at a cross-team level to further our technical and operational best practices
5 years + experience working on enterprise solutions; Java or C#, Hibernate, Spring, DB/SQL, AWS, including demonstratable expertise in quality engineering.
Customer Success orientated with experience of working to SLAs. You’ll genuinely care about our customers and make the effort to understand their needs.
You’ll have clear ideas on best practices and be able to talk about past contributions. You have the ability to clearly articulate and document what you do; technical notes, deployment strategies and metrics.
You have a track record of building strong team relationships. Experience in working in an Agile Software Development environment would be very helpful.
