This is principally a ‘concept sell’ whereby you are not selling the physical products but more the concept of their features and benefits and how they can add value with ROI.

Highly strategic sales approach to open, negotiate and close high value solutions packages across primary and secondary care.
You are trying to get buy in with CCG – Commissioning level, PHE – NHS Health Check and Sexual Health Leads, Hospital – High level (Business Managers/ Service Leads/Directorate Managers/ Consultants) Laboratory (Microbiology and Virology), Point of Care Team, ED, GUM, Diabetes and Procurement.
London South: Croydon, Guildford, Crawley, Dartford, City of London, London South, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent.
£45-60k basic, 25% bonus, car, pension, healthcare 25 days holiday.
The Ideal Person:
Candidate must have BOTH Primary and Secondary Care experience, understands the current health economy (i.e. STPs, CCGs through to Hospital & Community) and have a demonstrable track record of winning business (and MUST be able to articulate specific examples)
Experience with using CRM systems for reporting and territory planning.
Candidate will be skilled in ringfencing and protecting existing business, contract management and hunting for new business/accounts.
Good understanding of longer sales cycles (3-12 months).
Excellent territory management is essential with a real focus on KPIs, output/results .
Candidate will ideally have Lab & POC knowledge.
Miller Heiman knowledge or other Sales Methodologies experience (Consultative selling skills – maximise current relationships but also colder acquisition) is a plus.
An existing network within Pathology & Lab, and/or Diabetes, Cardiovascular & Respiratory is preferable.
