WHAT YOU’LL DO As part of the L&D Team in London, Amsterdam and Brussels you will drive the transition towards an innovative, flexible, and learner-oriented training offer for 1200 consultants and 500 BST staff across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. Ensuring that our people have the best possible skills is business critical and our ambition is to provide high quality learning content for all our staff. Note the below elements of the role are representative and day to day work may change according to business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for managing the training curriculum for our senior consulting team • Work closely together with career develoment and senior consulting team members to monitor and evaluate the quality of the content and drive new Initiatives • Collaborate with the global and regional L&D teams to ensure our training offer remains complementary • Develop content with internal and external facilitators • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for our consultant and business services teams on a regular basis • Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (e.g. creating classes, registering participants, after class management, feedback reporting, room booking) YOU’RE GOOD AT – Content development – Facilitating training sessions – Excellent project management skills – Strong interpersonal skills – Able to work autonomously, with ambiguity YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) • 5+ years’ experience in L&D • Experience with content development • Experience in the professional services industry • Strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person delivery) • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint and Learning Management Software YOU’LL WORK WITH BCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
