Maintenance Manager Essex needed for a hugely successful blue chip Manufacturer and roles with this company they don’t get much better than this. YOU MUST have leadership and engineering experience from a production background.

YOU MUST HAVE experience of managing teams within an engineering environment, manufacturing, automated distribution, process. The company might consider a Team Manager that wants to step up to Maintenance Manager.

Monday to Friday role.

Maintenance Manager should have and Electrical or Mechanical qualification or Apprenticeship

Maintenance Manager duties

• Develop, implement and maintain a cost effective asset management program
• Develop and oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities including PPM’s, reactive maintenance and reporting maintenance performance
• Manage the maintenance engineering team
• Drive continuous improvement, reliability and new innovative ways across engineering and production processes
• Manage capital projects and be involved from early stages
• Drive performance across the teams
• CAPEX budgets
• Allocate additional training of staff
