Duties Include but not limited to:
The candidate needs to be fully conversant with Sage software and will be solely responsible for the successful day to day running of the companies finances and office administration.
Full range of ledgers, cash books, credit control, banking, petty cash, Vat, Paye.
Preparation of full monthly and annual management accounts.
Office administration including Pensions Healthcare, Rent, Rates, Stationery, Vehicles and Utilities etc.
Liaising with Auditors, Bank manager and Brokers etc when required.
Training and overseeing other staff as and when required.
