The Supply Room are looking for a qualified Teacher of MFL to join a supportive and talented team at a lovely Academy in East Dulwich.
A lovely academy are currently looking to appoint a talented, proactive Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to inspire our students. Suitable candidates should have an excellent progress track record, be able to teach Spanish to KS4 confidently and be able to speak or teach one more of Portuguese, French or Italian. As Teacher of MFL at this Academy, we are looking for someone who will:
* Support the Faculty Director in continuing to deliver our vision of an outstanding, inclusive academy with the highest standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress.
* Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and to monitor the effectiveness of learning and teaching within the Faculty.

In line with the Government’s announcement, the academy is closed until further notice. However, during this period it is our intention to continue with critical recruitment for key positions starting in September 2020. In place of academy interviews, alternative options will be offered so that no one is at a disadvantage, and applicants should expect telephone or virtual video interviews, with the possibility of onsite academy interviews only in special cases. We want to reassure applicants that effective measures have been implemented to ensure their health and well-being whilst on academy premises.

The successful applicant will be resilient, creative and a dynamic practitioner, and must hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree.
