Since launch they have identified needs within the industry which they are now meeting through additional services delivering game financing and ad-tech solutions. The team have been behind some of the UK’s most downloaded mobile and purchased console games as they continue to break new boundaries through innovative brand partnerships delivering unique playing experiences for its audiences.
The Job • This role requires you build a strong understanding of the mobile development community, to form strong relationships and to develop a deep network of contacts on behalf of the business • Through attending leading mobile game developer events, be they online or in person – from conferences such as PGC and Develop through to the smaller Unity or Ukie meet-ups – you will nurture the relationships with developers and determine how best help them grow • As the ‘face’ of the company you will be representing the business and meeting developers in the industry, you will need to be able to listen to developer needs; assess their requirements, and determine if and how the company’s services can help • You must be able to talk confidently about how the company’s services will help, and match the right product to their needs be it with a financial product or by becoming an ad tech partners • Maintain a leads pipeline and provide regular updates to all stakeholders • The role reports into the CMO but has very close ties to the Head of the Ad Tech, Financial Products and Mobile Teams • When the team are not publishing hit games they host everything from cook-a-longs to yoga and naturally game nights!
Candidate Requirements • A mobile games aficionado, someone who has a network of mobile games developers, a true knowledge of all mobile game genres, and a love of playing them! • Someone who feels very comfortable talking to developers, whatever stage of the development cycle they are at. • An understanding of how Unity works, without the need to have used it yourself. • Someone who has followed the history of the top mobile game studios and have an innate understanding of what success in this market looks like.
