Capgemini is hiring .NET Technical Analyst on Permanent basis in London, UK (Travel across UK is required).
Focus of the role:
As a Technical Analyst you will take responsibility to assess the existing Fleet Management solution, analyse functionality, efficiency and productivity, and then work with Partners, global and local fleet organisations to design, develop and implement new technical solutions, integrating with Partners and Fleet Management Systems. Working with ALD Kanban related teams to write PBI activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level partner and fleet client satisfaction. All this whilst also building a high-performing, motivated Kanban team.
What you’ll do:
Deploy, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot core business application, including application Servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize PBI’s, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for the Kanban team developers and testers to follow
Translate Business User Requirement from Local Fleet Management companies and ALD Partners into highly technical PBI’s
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process with the Kanban Team
What you’ll bring:
Experience in IT or database administration a plus
Experience with Agile software development using JIRA or VSTS
Experience in: Multiple OS platforms with strong emphasis on Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu), Mac OS X, and Windows systems
Experience with OS-level Scripting environment, such as Bourne Shell
Experience working in a research environment that relies extensively on Open Source solutions
Experience of the TCP/IP protocol suite; security architecture; Networks; Databases; and Applications
Knowledge of the Incident Response life cycle, working independently to investigate and effectively respond to cyber security incidents
Thorough understanding of the threat and attack landscape, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and how they are leveraged by malicious actors
Whilst you may have any of our UK offices as a base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home during the week at short notice.
