If you join our Graduate Programme with a focus on Nutrition, you’ll take part in two 12-month rotations in our Specialised Nutrition business, based in one of our Head Offices in London, Trowbridge (near Bath), or a nationally in a field-based role.
Good nutrition underpins our business and it is paramount that we have the best people to deliver nutrition and medical expertise. During each year long rotation, you will be assigned a nutrition focused role within the business with real responsibility and accountability. Your role could see you working at the very hub of nutritional innovation, research, education and quality for our products.
Throughout the programme you will develop a breadth of experience, with exposure to different teams, categories and business units.

To obtain a place on this highly competitive programme you’ll need to demonstrate evidence of being motivated by our unique missions and understanding our core company values and our behaviour framework called CODES.
You will need a 2.2 degree in Nutrition focused degree discipline, mobility to take up opportunities that the programme present and be available to start in September 2020 to apply for the programme.
Recruitment Process We will be shortlisting the online applications between September and mid November. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to complete a recorded video interview. The next stages will be our online verbal and numerical testing and an invitation to our Assessment Centres.
