Office Manager – £20,000 to £25,000 pro rata + Benefits – London, UK
At Nevado, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager / Administrator to join our close-knit team. You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office. You will be highly organised, have good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage your own time. You will be a key part of the team, helping to manage our business needs, and should find this an interesting, challenging and rewarding role.
The key responsibilities of an Office Manager include, but are not limited to:
Managing day-to-day office administration and procurement
Being the public face of the business including meeting and greeting visitors, handling deliveries and answering and screening incoming telephone calls
Performing HR duties such as managing holiday and sickness records and employee files
Managing monthly timesheets
Managing monthly supplier relationships and payments, and handling appropriate queries
Creating and sending sales orders and invoices, and following through to credit control
Liaising with company accountants
Organising social events for staff
This is a fixed term 12-month contract providing maternity cover but could potentially be extended.

The key skills and qualities of an Office Manager:
Ideally have 12-18+ months office management and/or office administration experience
Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude and enthusiasm; and having the organisational skills required to manage your own time and deliverables
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of written articulacy
Some GDPR knowledge is desirable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and on Apple Macs
