Play an integral role in the successful running of the entire Clients & Industries (C&I) function.
C&I is responsible for driving Deloitte’s market position and reputation, enabling and strengthening client relationships, as well as supporting revenue generation and driving profitable growth.
C&I Operations is the beating heart of that department, focused on overseeing some of the most critical elements of how we work – people, planning, finance and risk. This role comes with unparalleled breadth of remit and potential scale of influence across all C&I teams and activities across the board.
This is a great opportunity for an individual keen to develop an extensive understanding of what makes an operation ‘tick’, and support the foundations required to allow our client and stakeholder facing teams deliver on the C&I priorities and missions.
Supporting the C&I Operations Director, this role is focused on the delivery of both planned/year-on-year as well as reactive and ad-hoc operational programmes. You will get exposure to the most senior stakeholders (including C&I Leadership Team, C&I Exec Lead Partner and senior stakeholders in the business) on a regular basis, and be required to develop a strong network across the board to help drive operational compliance and change programmes across the function.

Location: Anywhere in the UK outside of London, ideally within range of one of our regional hubs (including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Belfast)
Work pattern: This is a permanent opportunity. The role is intended to be done on a full-time basis, although part-time arrangements could be considered.
