As a P2P Helpdesk Team Manager, you will be reporting into Senior Finance Controller (P2P),
– Be managing a team of Assistant Analysts (one based in the Scotland office) to ensure quality & timely support is provided to Suppliers and Sky employees. – Be setting, monitoring and reporting on the helpdesk KPIs – Be administering the How to Buy intranet pages, ensuring content is accurate and meeting the business need to support promotion of self service. – Drive standardisation & efficient ways of working within the helpdesk team and in interactions with other key stakeholders, ensuring that the business are updated in progress of their support requests. – Promote an environment for Continuous Improvement whereby common process/system issues are feedback to the Process Analysts or lead to improvements in managing tickets. – Be reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual Finance Controls to ensure they are completed to high standard with clear supporting documentation. – The role will be based in Osterley, London, however it will require occasional travel to other Sky locations, especially Scotland.
– 5+ years of Direct Line Management Experience, ideally in a Helpdesk environment. – Demonstrable analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills – Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal with proven ability to develop strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders – Excel skills, particularly in building KPI reporting. – Knowledge of Ariba Cloud and or Open Text VIM, or other procurement and invoicing systems. – Knowledge of AP and/or Procurement – Strong team player with a collaborative can do attitude – Self-motivated, enthusiastic & inquisitive skills
