A niche media business is seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join its rapidly expanding team in West London. This is a progressive position where the successful applicant will gain valuable practical experience in all aspects of financial and management accounting that will support their professional studies. Established over 30 years they are a global group employing people across the United States, Canada and Europe and the Far East. As a Part Qualified Accountant your duties will include:
Liaising with Sales Force to ensure all sales data are in place, checking contracts and service agreement, POs, project budgets and billing information.
Ensuring sales invoices are raised in accordance with client agreements / PO.
Recording intercompany, supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Financial project management.
Preparation of sales commissions.
Preparing monthly sales performance analysis.
Preparing monthly revenue analysis and reconciling deferred revenue and costs.
Month end close activities including posting accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations.
Preparation of management accounts.
Assisting in the annual audit process for the group.
We are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant who has the following skills and experiences:
A current CIMA / ACCA Studier.
Knowledge of transactional accounting and double entry book-keeping.
Numerically orientated.
Recent graduate with experience in a similar level role and preferably within the professional services sector.
If successful your working hours will be 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday.

For the successful applicants, the interview process will be firstly by Zoom and then face to face in the office following social distance guidelines. You will be expected to work part-time in the office for training and the rest of the time at home.
