PA & Office Manager – Part Time, 3 days per week Blackfriars, London Salary up to £30,000 p.a. pro-rata Office based role
I am currently searching for a part time Office Manager to support the CEO of an established fintech brand, 3 days per week (either 3 full days or split across 5 mornings). Key duties will include: ~ Helping CEO to manage the office, ensuring it’s a pleasant and functional working environment for their 16 UK based staff members ~ Collecting employee KPIs and calculating commissions for sales employees, accurately inputting and managing the data via Excel and Sharepoint ~ Collating weekly KPI reports for USA employees ~ Onboarding new staff members, monitoring staff holidays and illnesses and other ad-hoc HR administration duties ~ Managing facilities contracts, employee details, training schedule and documentation for the New York office ~ Collating KPI reports from London, New York and Zurich offices on behalf of UK Sales Director & CEO
In order to be successful in the role you must have fantastic Excel skills. You also must have great attention to detail, excellent written & spoken English and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will ideally have experience in a similar, multifaceted role and will be confident to support at C-Suite level.
