This role will be based at the True Europe office in Holborn, London.
The Principal role at True is a senior position and viewed internally as a stepping-stone to Partner. Principals are responsible for taking majority ownership on searches and pursuing business development. The Principal serves as a strategic leader by collaborating with clients & colleagues to deliver results on each search.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a proactive BD strategy and drive all BD activity, whether independently/self-generated or alongside other Partners/ Principals.
Build long term relationships with clients and candidates throughout our ecosystem. Serve as the go-to advisor and sounding board for your clients, supporting hiring decisions, organisational design and other initiatives that shape and impact the clients’ business.
Play a role in driving relationships with strategic accounts and/or in account management, as relevant.
Manage and be responsible for all search execution, including coaching around performance, driving team cohesion and delivering for clients. This will include elements of research, candidate management, and heavy client management.
Expand areas of market/industry expertise and serve as a thought leader in the name of True.
Maintain a track record of highly referenceable client work and exceptional NPS scores.
Possess a global mentality with strong internal global relationships; understand how and when to facilitate introductions to teams in other locations, effectively cross-sell into other True Platform lines of business and, be an effective brand steward of the global platform and its offerings.
Contribute outside of search work through mentorship, marketing efforts, representing True at industry events and helping to drive the business towards key goals.
Proactively sustain and champion our company values internally and externally, across all audiences.
