Job summary The EU Prime and Marketing organization is looking for a Program Manager to deliver a series of employee development and engagement projects across our team. This role is a new, temporary role for 12 months, based in London, and will support the Leadership team and HR Business Partner for the EU Prime and Marketing team to deliver on their core talent goals for 2022.
Key job responsibilities In this role you will: • Project manage and launch a set of new training and enrichment initiatives across the EU Prime and Marketing organization. • Develop communications plans to maximise employee participation in learning and engagement activities. • Partner with our internal Learning & Development partners to curate a developmental curriculum for the marketers in our team. • Establish a peer to peer learning community across the team and propose other mechanisms for effective learning. • Rollout and communicate a series of employee engagement initiatives, including wellbeing, prioritisation training, and recognition. • Collaborate with HR and the business leadership on initiatives which strengthen our culture of inclusion. • Provide program support on other Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

You will have prior experience in a program or project manager role, ideally in the human resources function. You are proficient in project management – including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and excellent time management, all of which are essential in this role. Highly organized, you also possess a strong bias to action and are able to operate autonomously with shifting priorities. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), in additional to strong stakeholder management skills.
