As the Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for:
·Experience Surveys, Cash Controls, and various other projects
·Project management support for initiatives related to patient satisfaction data and the Quality Data Management (QDM) database
·Work with Patient Satisfaction Surveys to integrate quality measures with other programs in the Health System, including training and implementation
·Coordinate activities that support and maintain the use of the QDM database used by practice managers, directors, and leadership in the ambulatory practices
·Provide in office training, audit, reporting
·Travel to all UCLA Ambulatory practice throughout the greater Southern California area is required

We’re seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented professional with:
Ability to travel to all UCLA Ambulatory practices throughout the greater Southern California area
Experience in leading, facilitating and sustaining service redesign and improvement in a clinical setting using proven methodologies. (LEAN) Experience supporting clinical colleagues through change with sound knowledge of change management principles and theory
Writing skills to compose edit and proofread routine business correspondence using appropriate English grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation
Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with patients, co-workers, administrative personnel, managers, directors, and clinicians
Skill in organizing and prioritizing workload in order to meet deadlines in light of changing, heavy workload and competing requirements
