Responsible for managing multiple Managed Services projects from scoping the project through to deployment and measurement of effectiveness
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Act as single point of contact for partner & projects
Coordinate all appropriate internal activities
Data Management / Reporting
Ad Hoc Reporting
Understand internal processes and requirements
Liaise with channel partner to ensure full understanding of their requirements to enable effective and efficient customer service provision
Coordinate project implementation plan, setting milestones and monitoring to ensure they are met
Administration relating to service planning activities
