We are working with a new company who works with agencies or private clients to help renovate, furnish and then let our properties in the interim while they are on the market for sale.
They are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to help in the refurbishments and general repairs of properties that are being prepared for letting or sale. Due to the nature of the business the ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple residential or shop refurb/fit-outs. You will also be in charge of dealing with general repairs of property currently being let.
Able to manage multiple refurbishments projects at once
Dynamic person with fresh ideas and eager to impart their own experience and innovative ideas to the company
Experience in managing contractors.
Sourcing contractors if needed.
Able to progress and grow with a fledgling company that is expanding rapidly
Wiliness to adapt to a company that is changing as if grows.
Commercially minded- ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
