One of the world’s largest Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management and Consulting firms based in London are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Project Manager who has experience working with people & process change.
As a Project Manager you shall be joining at an exciting time, with a project currently beginning which is expected to last 2 years. The process improvement project that spans our client’s UK Retail trading division and UK Finance function.
The hiring manager is looking for someone with real drive, who wont be afraid of joining and making an instant impact. This is a permanent role, with the salary on offer being £70,000-£80,000.
Deliver a People and Process project for 5 Retail branches in our UK business, with a small amount of technology change, covering operational processes that span customer invoicing and cash collection.
Lead a small team of internal subject matter experts (SMEs) who have expertise on our broker processes to document new processes.
Prepare a 2022 plan to extend the pilot to cover remaining Retail branches and extend remit to cover insurance payments.
Monitor and track progress on a regular basis, re-prioritising as needed, against delivery timelines whilst keeping stakeholders appraised of progress.
Process change skills.
Business degree or similar would be an advantage although equivalent experience will be considered.
Ability to negotiate and influence whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at all levels as a Project Manager.
Finance, credit & cash knowledge are beneficial however not essential.
Experience within insurance.
