We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Business Solutions Centre, part of our Group Technology and Change function. Reporting to the Head of Programme & Project Management, you’ll take ownership of the delivery of a portfolio of IT projects centred on our Microsoft Dynamics technology stack and associated business processes.
As a key member of the BSC, you’ll work closely with all parts of the Clarion Housing organisation to ensure that we utilise and develop our technology to deliver effective business outcomes to serve our customers. This role has specific responsibility to support projects within the Accounts Payable and Finance functions, and so experience in these areas of a business will be essential to your success in the role.
You’ll provide day-to-day proactive project management delivery and ensure targets of timescale, budget and quality are reached within agreed tolerances.You’ll pro-actively manage any and all risks and dependencies and ensuring all issues are resolved so that projects are progressed to completion.
We’ll look to you to provide the senior management team with accurate and timely status reporting on project progress and benefits realisation and, where necessary, escalate issues through the governance structure.You’ll need to be capable of solving complex problems, whilst maintaining the creativity to generate flexible solutions in this fast paced environment.
Using your excellent communication skills and an ability to influence people, we’ll require you to virtually manage teams of people, whilst engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels.
Qualified to Bachelor degree level, you’ll hold a Prince2 qualification or a similar recognised project or programme management qualification, and have significant demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, delivering projects up to £5m in value.
